Alex Velluto

Alex Velluto at The Comedy Catch

You notice the weirdest things when someone points them out: why you always pick the second banana from the bunch, or how your polite chuckle has become a lifelong tic. Alex Velluto finds comedy gold in the kind of stuff you do when nobody’s looking. and he makes you glad somebody finally said it out loud.

His brand of stand-up is clean, but don’t expect a lecture. This is the kind of show that takes regular, run-of-the-mill quirks and turns them into something worth doubling over about. You might even hear about that small thing you do every day and realize you could be the punchline. Lucky for us, most of the time he’s making himself the target.

If you know Alex from The Showcase on Nateland or his Dry Bar special The Big Gulp Kid, you already know his style: dry delivery, sly setups, and an ability to spin a forgotten habit into a story you’ll want to tell at lunch the next day. There’s nothing like being in the room when a strange slice of real life gets the perfect laugh, especially at a place where comedy feels easy and close.

Picture yourself in downtown Chattanooga, grabbing a seat with a friend at The Comedy Catch, ready to catch yourself giggling at something you swore you’d never admit to. Find ticket options for Alex Velluto and give yourself an evening that turns everyday scenes into the night’s best jokes.
