The Outsiders

The Outsiders at Tivoli Theatre - Chattanooga

You know the feeling of rooting for outsiders. the thrill when somebody at the edge finally gets to tell their story out loud. The Tony-winning stage adaptation of S. E. Hinton’s classic makes that feeling real at Tivoli Theatre in Chattanooga on April 10, 2027. This is where the Greasers and their world step past the page into the spotlight, heartbreak and all.

There’s a reason The Outsiders sticks with people: it’s about friendships that feel like survival and the fight to belong, all played out in Tulsa’s backstreets. Ponyboy Curtis and Johnny Cade remind us what it’s like to find your people, even if you don’t totally fit. For one night, the boundary between audience and story gets blurry enough that you might find yourself in the middle of the gang.

If you’ve ever thought you knew these characters, wait until you hear their hopes and fears sung live. Jamestown Revival and Justin Levine’s music lets the old car rides and late-night conversations breathe again. now with a guitar line or a harmony you’ll hum on your way home.

Bring along anyone who’s ever wanted to stand up for the underdog, or someone who still remembers reading The Outsiders for the first time. Let your own memories get tangled up with the story unfolding on stage. Find ticket options for The Outsiders and spend a night where the story. and the music. belongs to you, too.
