Jim Henson's Labyrinth - In Concert

Jim Henson's Labyrinth - In Concert at Robert Kirk Walker Theatre

If you’ve seen Labyrinth enough times to remember the next line, try listening for what the music does just before somebody says it. The 40th-anniversary concert brings Jim Henson’s film and live music together at the Walker Theatre in Chattanooga on Sunday, November 15, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. It’s a chance to hear a movie you know well with your attention in a different place.

When you watch at home, it’s easy to follow the characters and let the score do its work in the background. In a theatre with musicians playing, you can hear how much a change in the music affects a scene. Give one moment your full attention and notice how the sound helps set the pace. It can make a stretch of the film you’ve barely thought about feel worth watching again.

This is a good one to share with somebody who met the movie at a different age. You might remember a character that scared you. They might remember the tune that played in the same scene. And if you’ve been telling someone they need to see it for years, this gives you a Sunday-night reason to watch it together.
